The Brewery

The Brewery is a mod created by Patbox. It is entirely server-side.

How do I get started?

To start, create a Book of Brewery by placing a Bottle and Book into a crafting table.

This book contains all of the recipes for the brews, as well as how to create the Barrel to age drinks.

There are currently ~45 recipes to make using this mod and it's addons.

Brewing Cauldron

The Brewing Cauldron is the starting place for almost every item.

In order to start actually brewing, throw your ingredients into the cauldron and right click it while holding a stick. If this doesn't work, and in the corner it says about Placement Modes, press M + T to disable the schematic tool and try again. It will pop up with a timer on the side if interacted with correctly.

Once your item has brewed for long enough, interact with the cauldron using a bottle to remove it. This should give you an Ingredient Mixture. Now, you can either age it or distill it using the Barrel and Brewing Stand respectively.

The Barrel

The Barrel is used for aging drinks. This is a multiblock structure, which requires a 4x3x4 area.

This build requires 4 fences, 18 planks and 16 stairs. Make sure they are all the vanilla version and not ones added by mods such as Macaw's Fences and Walls as it will not work properly; additionally, all the wood must be of the same type.

Once the Barrel is crafted, you then need to create a Spigot.

Then place the Spigot onto the Barrel structure. If it doesn't let you place the Spigot, you have likely built the Barrel wrong.

Congrats! You can now age drinks. Take the Ingredient Mixture that you cooked and place it inside the Barrel to age. You can remove the items prematurely, but they will not be of the highest quality unless aged perfectly.

Brewing Stand

To distill a drink using the Brewing Stand, simply place it into the potion slot and power it with Blaze Powder without any ingredients. It should then return your desired item.
